We offer a prompt, clearly presented and affordable service. We are used by a number of Solicitors throughout Hampshire regularly and are available whether only a handful of items or an entire estate. We have a clear pricing structure and these, once quoted are fixed.

House Calls and Valuations

Whether you are handling a relatives estate, downsizing, emigrating or just having a clear out – we are happy to advise and accommodate any motive to release capital. We always have experienced and knowledgeable valuers who are happy to make house calls to appraise and advise, these are unbiased, honest and of course, free of charge.



We hold regular fortnightly auctions of 1000 lots or more – these are held on site and open to trade and to the public. We handle a vast range of goods including silverware, jewellery, collectibles, antique and later furniture, ceramics, art and garden effects amongst others.

On the day we divide the lots into 2 sales – we have a General Sale starting at 10am and our Antique, collectibles and furnishing sale starting at 12pm. Everyone is welcome to our auctions and we have a very competitive buyers premium of 15% plus VAT.

We recognise our vendors expect professional advice, efficient marketing and prompt payment. We advertise our catalogues worldwide and we have built up an extensive database of specialist contacts to ensure our clients get the best possible price.

Our fees for selling are :

  • 15% commission*
  • £2.50 lotting fee*
  • 1% indemnity*
  • We also offer a collection service of £50 an hour for two porters
